The only tab you need to fill in. Enter your debts, extra payment, and choose your strategy (Snowball or Avalanche). The dropdown in cell E4 controls how all other tabs sort.
Paste in your payoff order and projected dates from the free calculator. Summary box shows total debt, minimums, and strategy selected from Tab 1.

How it works
Click the button below to download the .xlsx file to your device.
In Excel: open directly. In Google Sheets: go to File → Import → Upload, then select the downloaded file. Click 'Replace spreadsheet'.
Fill in debt name, lender, balance, interest rate, and minimum payment for each debt. Select your strategy in the dropdown at E4.
After each payment, record the date, amount, and split. The totals row at the bottom tracks your cumulative progress.

The Setup tab has rows for 15 debts. The Payoff Plan tab has rows for 15 debts in your payoff order. The Monthly Payment Log has 120 rows — 10 years of monthly tracking. If you have more than 15 debts, simply add rows in the Setup tab.
